FRC Community Practice Field at WPI

Located at 15 Sagamore Rd in Worcester, The FRC190 Community Practice Field at WPI serves as a space where any FRC team can come practice and collaborate with other area teams. This is a free resource open to everyone in the community, funded by FRC190.

To sign up during the build season, we have an spreadsheet. The field is open 7 days a week from 10AM-10PM, January-April. Outside of build season, teams can request time by emailing rrc@wpi.edu.

Each year we aim to have as accurate of a full field as reasonable, with focus on building real field elements where it matters most.

For 2025’s Reefscape, we have:

  • Full field borders/driver stations

  • Two wooden and PVC reefs, with six real metal reefsticks

  • Barge, truss, and 3 real cages
